What is flower food, and how do I use it?

Flower food is like a vitamin supplement for your flowers! It provides essential nutrients that cut flowers can no longer get from their roots. These nutrients help them stay hydrated, fight bacteria, and maintain their vibrant color.

Flower food usually comes in small packets. To use it, add the entire contents of the packet to the water in your vase when you first arrange your flowers. When you change the water every couple of days, add the recommended amount of fresh flower food again.

What can I substitute flower food with?

You can make your own mix using equal amounts of vinegar and sugar.

How do I make my fresh flowers last longer?

Extend the life of your flowers by changing the water every other day and trimming the stems diagonally. Keep them in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and drafts. For more flower care tips, follow us on social media!

How long do fresh flowers last?

The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type, but you can generally expect them to last anywhere from a few days to two weeks. On average, most bouquets will look their best for about a week. For specific information on the flowers in your arrangement, feel free to ask our team!

Do you have pet-friendly flowers?

We're happy to help you choose beautiful flowers, but your pet's safety is our priority. We strongly recommend placing all flowers out of your pet's reach. For concerns about specific flower types, please check with your veterinarian.

What is your return policy

For items of a perishable nature (including, but not limited to, dried and fresh flowers): if your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos of the issue. While all sales are generally final, we understand that issues can arise. We will carefully review each situation and work with you to find a fair and appropriate resolution.

For other items: you may return non-perishable items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
