Delivery area

We offer delivery within a 15-mile radius of our shop and only within the state of New York. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we deliver to your location.

Delivery fees

A delivery/shipping fee may be added to each order to cover the costs of vehicle operation and transport logistics. This fee is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to the delivery driver.

The delivery/shipping fee varies depending on the distance from our shop to the delivery address. It will be calculated during checkout. 

Delivery times

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time). You will be able to select the delivery date for your order in the shopping cart. We don't guarantee a specific delivery time, especially during peak seasons, but you may request a preferred delivery time in the "Delivery instructions" field during checkout, and we'll make an effort to accommodate your request.

Recipient availability

Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will contact the sender to make alternative arrangements.

Order changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations to your order must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Once an order has been prepared and/or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Special instructions

Please provide any special delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, apartment numbers, specific delivery locations) in the "Delivery instructions" field during checkout or by contacting us directly.

Severe weather

In the event of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule deliveries for the safety of our drivers. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
